Brief Profile

Dr.Teena joined NIN in February 2018 and is currently associated with the department of Clinical Division. Presently she is working in the areas of anaemia and childhood stunting. She obtained her medical degree with specialization in Microbiology from Guntur Medical College in year 2013. Later, worked as resident doctor at Institute of Preventive Medicine, Narayanguda, Hyderabad and then moved to Fernandez Hospital in the capacity of consultant microbiologist and Infection Control Officer from December 2013 to July 2016. Then promoted as Lab director, Fernandez Hospital till February 2018. She worked in areas of neonatal sepsis and hospital infection control. She has experience in NABH and NABL ACCREDITATION and done certification course as laboratory internal auditor.
