MD (Clinical Microbiology) and MBBS from JIPMER, Pondicherry. Post-doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and the University of Tokyo, Japan. Worked as a Consultant Scientist at the Inorganic and Physical Chemistry department, IISc, and as Research Scientist at the DHR Regional Virology Laboratory, JIPMER.


Interested in mapping metabolic network signatures in relation to nutrition, health and disease states. Areas of work: Redox biology, Gut microbiome, Nutritional status assessment using novel methods.
