PhD Programme

ICMR-NIN is a recognized centre for pursuing a Ph.D. in the “Faculty of Medical Research (FMR)” under the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR), which was established in 2011 as an ‘Institution of National Importance’ (with interim operations commencing in June 2010). AcSIR is committed to nurturing future leaders in Science and Technology by offering innovative curricula, novel pedagogy, and comprehensive evaluation methods. The institute focuses on providing training and research opportunities in specialized areas that are not typically covered by conventional academic universities in India. Several scientists from ICMR-NIN are recognized as guides under AcSIR.
